UNIBANK LISTED ITS BONDS ON NASDAQ OMX ARMENIA
November 23, Yerevan: NASDAQ OMX Armenia listed “UNIBANK” OJSC’s AMD-denominated bonds on its secondary Bbond list.
With the total value of 500 million AMD, the bonds have a nominal value of 10K AMD and a maturity period of 24 months. The bonds were issued with 10% coupon rate with payments to be made quarterly. These bonds with ISIN «AMUNIBB27ER5» assigned by CDA will be traded under ticker number UNIBB7.
UNIBANK’s 3 other bond issues (UNIBB3, UNIBB4, UNIBB5) are currently listed and traded on NASDAQ OMX Armenia.
