Annual General Stockholder Meeting was held at the BCSE on March 28, 2019

The BCSE informs that the Annual General Stockholder Meeting was held on March 28, 2019.

During the General Stockholder Meeting the decision on distribution of profit as well as decisions on dividends declaration and payment for 2018 were adopted.
Moreover, during the General Stockholder Meeting were adopted:
– Annual Report for 2018, Annual Accounting (Financial) Reports for 2018, Auditor Report inclusive,
– Revision Commission Report on the BCSE performance in 2018,
– Amendments and additions to the BCSE Regulation on dividends payment,
– Amendments and additions to the BCSE Charter.
Members of the BCSE Supervisory Board and Revision Commission were elected during the Annual General Stockholder Meeting.
