Acba Bank’s stocks have been listed on Armenia Securities Exchange

ACBA Bank’s stocks have been listed on Armenia Securities Exchange. Now resident and non-resident natural and legal persons have the opportunity to buy ACBA Bank’s listed shares.

To buy ACBA’s shares you need to visit any investment company or bank that is a member and market participant of AMX, including ACBA Bank, open a brokerage account, if not opened yet, and present a buy order of the share.

The market maker of ACBA Bank is “Dimension” CJSC which in one day will carry out the buy and sell quotes of 550 shares.

“Today is a historic day for both the bank and the bank’s shareholders. We successfully completed the initial public offering of shares in the previous year, and the last stage was the quotation on the securities exchange about which we announced today. By enabling the acquisition of shares, we are creating a platform for investing in the Armenian economy. We will soon facilitate the process of buying the bank’s shares with our digital solutions for all potential buyers, and those shareholders who want to sell their shares will be able to sell in the same way,” said Hakob Andreasyan, CEO at ACBA Bank.

“I congratulate ACBA Bank for its courage in taking such a historic step. ACBA Bank is now a public company, accessible to a wide range of investors. The initial public offering of ACBA Bank was carried out in a very short time, attracting a large number of investors at once, which is a success for the Armenian capital market. ACBA is the only company operating in Armenia, which not only carried out the primary placement of shares, but also, as a participant in the secondary market, took steps to become active in that market. The bank’s shares are listed on platform A, which is the most important platform on the exchange. As a result of high liquidity, small and medium-sized investors are numerous which makes the bank’s shares more attractive to other investors,” said Hayk Yeganyan, CEO at Armenia Securities Exchange.

In 2021, ACBA Bank made a public placement of 500,000 shares in Armenia, totaling AMD7.5 billion.
