BCSE and Shenzhen Stock Exchange Signed Memorandum of Understanding

The Memorandum creates Belarusian-Chinese capital market service initiative. It includes stock information exchange, joint activities, research projects and other events aimed at developing and supporting organized securities markets in both countries.

The signing of the memorandum between BCSE and SZSE was the next step in expanding cooperation between Belarus and China.

Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) is one of the three major stock exchanges in China and it is included in the 10 largest Asian stock exchanges. SZSE was founded in 1990 as a self-regulating legal entity under the control of the Chinese Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). Today, SZSE has put in place a framework of multi-tiered capital market comprising the Main Board, SME Board, and the ChiNext market. SZSE’s products cover equities, mutual funds and bonds. 2170 companies, 8764 securities are listed at SZSE.
