BCSE launched General Leasing’s exchange-traded bonds placement on FINMARKET financial platform

Opening the press conference on September 9, 2026, Andrei Aukhimenia, BCSE Chairman of the Board, highlighted the transformation of the retail investment market in Belarus: “The development of the FINMARKET platform is a strategic move to bring issuers and a broad range of private investors closer together. The marketplace enables citizens to purchase high-quality financial instruments directly, transparently, and without hidden fees, thereby stimulating the inflow of domestic investment into the real economy.” During the event, representatives of General Leasing provided detailed information on the terms of the new exchange-traded bond issue, the company’s current financial performance, and the objectives behind raising these funds.

Diana Khvoinitskaya, Executive Director of General Leasing, and Darina Markevich, Deputy Director for Finance, presented the issuer’s portfolio structure, highlighting the business steady growth and its strong track record of meeting obligations to investors. The speakers outlined key issuance parameters including the attractive yield, the coupon payment schedule, and mechanisms ensuring investment security.

In her turn, Veronika Sankovich, Deputy Director for Commercial Affairs at Aigenis – the issue organizer – outlined the technical and organizational aspects of the company’s entry onto the exchange.
