BCSE participated in Financial Directors Club meeting

Representatives of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE) participated in the regular meeting of the Financial Directors Club (CFOs Territory), which took place on January 27, 2026.

During the meeting, the Deputy Chairman of the Board Boris Fridman presented Exchange Instruments for Business and discussed the trends and trading results on exchange-traded markets in 2025, emphasizing the role of the exchange-traded market as a key financing channel for Belarusian companies.

The presentation highlighted the advantages of using depositary and exchange-traded bonds issued under programs as effective instruments for diversifying capital sources, reducing borrowing costs and strengthening investor confidence.

Special attention was paid to the development of digital solutions aimed at improving the efficiency of interactions with market participants – creating the financial platform Finmarket by BCSE, which already allows listed issuers to raise funds from the public without intermediaries.

Club participants also discussed the effectiveness of direct access to currency exchange transactions in the BCSE’s trading system.

The Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange will continue to actively participate in expert discussions and initiatives aimed at developing the financial market of the Republic of Belarus.
