BCSE participated in Financial Directors Club meeting

On January 29, 2025, representatives of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE) participated in the CFOs Territory Financial Directors Club meeting dedicated to the results of the past year. The event brought together over 30 financial directors and managers from leading companies across various sectors of the economy.

During the meeting, Boris Fridman, Deputy Chairman of the BCSE Management Board, presented the key trends in the development of on-exchange markets in 2024, as well as promising options for domestic companies to utilize new and traditional instruments of the stock and currency markets.

In his speech, he emphasized that the exchange-traded bond market offers companies broad opportunities to raise capital on competitive terms, simultaneously increasing transparency and strengthening investor confidence. The information presented raised awareness among participants about the potential of depository bonds and exchange-traded bond programs for attracting financing. The presentation focused on the issue of conducting currency exchange transactions by legal entities directly on BCSE without intermediaries.

Thanks to active engagement with the Club members, BCSE was able not only to present its new initiatives but also to receive feedback from business representatives.

Participation in the event was an important step in strengthening the dialogue between BCSE and the business community, enabling the establishment of new business contacts, opening up prospects for further cooperation and joint projects aimed at developing the financial market.
