Exchange-traded bonds for everyone: trading on Finmarket platform

Trading in exchange-traded bonds on the Finmarket platform for individuals starts on August 17, 2026. Investing in this reliable instrument no longer requires qualified investor status now; all registered users will be able to purchase them.

The changes have been approved by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus (Resolution No. 30 dated July 7, 2026) and entered into force on July 23, 2026.

BCSE is currently working with issuers of exchange-traded bonds to include their issues in quotation lists and placing on the Finmarket platform.

How it works:

The Finmarket platform was created as a unified digital marketplace for financial services where individuals can directly purchase stocks and bonds without the intermediary of professional market participants, and potentially gain access to other financial instruments such as bank deposits, loans, and insurance policies from various organizations by comparing terms and choosing the most advantageous offers.
