BCSE created platform for cash trading

BCSE created platform for cash trading

Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE) announces a milestone event: the official launch, on June 30, 2026, of a new exchange market segment – the cash market. The platform enables banks and non-bank credit and financial organizations to connect to the exchange infrastructure, allowing them to participate in trading and conduct cash operations within an organized market framework.

This project is the result of extensive, systematic work to develop the country’s financial infrastructure. The creation of this new segment aims to establish a centralized, transparent, and high-tech environment for cash transactions. Introducing exchange-based mechanisms into this segment of the financial market opens up new opportunities for participants and sets benchmarks for the future development of the national economy.

Key advantages of the new market:
• reliability – transaction execution is guaranteed by the exchange clearing mechanism and centralized cash transportation services provided by NKFO Belinkasgroup.
• transparency – a unified trading system and standardized rules for all participants, combined with public disclosure of trading session results.
• technological accessibility – convenient access via the BCSE Personal Account and the Interbank Identification System (IIS), as well as the ability for banks and their branches/offices to participate in trading.
• operational efficiency – automated calculation of logistics costs and optimization of transportation and settlement processes.

The first step toward participating in trading on the new market involves a simplified registration process in the BCSE Personal Account area and connection to the electronic document management system. Banks and non-bank credit and financial organizations are eligible to participate in trading. “The launch of the cash market is a strategic move that elevates the exchange infrastructure to a qualitatively new level,” noted Andrei Aukhimenia, BCSE Chairman of the Board. –
“We are creating a mechanism that will enable market participants to handle cash with maximum efficiency and security, leveraging global best practices and the BCSE advanced technological solutions. We invite banks to connect to the platform and gain access to live trading.”
